Going to Finovate always inspires me, and the latest edition--held last week in San Francisco--was no exception. This was my seventh conference--twice as a presenter--so I certainly feel like I professional Finovate-er.
Talking with old friends and meeting new ones, seeing a barrage of new ideas on stage, and reading the post-conference analyses (not to mention the play-by-play on Twitter)--it totally fires me up and makes me feel like I need to up my game.
And one of the ways to do so is to jump back into the industry conversation flow. So, in addition to more actively using my Twitter feed, I'm recommitting to blogging at least once a week for the foreseeable future. There are certainly plenty of industry topics to write about, and hopefully I can do so in a way that is interesting to others and helpful to me, as I try to make sense of this crazy world of financial technology.
My first post will be up tomorrow AM. I would say stay tuned, but that would be way too presumptuous. How about this instead: read it if you get a chance--especially if you went to Finovate, or think you might like to go in the future.
